Automated Email Time Preference
There are several automated emails that can be sent through our system, including Gallery Reminders, Sale Reminders, Abandoned Cart Notifications, Gallery Expiration Notifications, and many more. These types of emails can result in a significant boost to your repeat gallery visitors, and they can dramatically increase your sales on an ongoing basis.
Unfortunately these emails can also end up buried beneath a stack of other emails, if you don’t time their delivery just right. So how do you time your emails to be sent out a time other than the middle of the night? Through the new
Automated Email Time Preference setting.
The “Automated Email Time Preference” setting can be found within the Marketing » Preferences page, and it can be set to any hour of the day. The time defaults to 7AM in your own time zone (which can be set through your User Preferences page), and any change that you make to the setting will generally take affect the next day (or the next time that specific hour has been reached, if you’re adjusting the setting before the previous setting has been reached).
