Gallery Downloads, Mobile Apps, and More!

We're glad to have you with us, and we hope that you're having a terrific 2019 so far! We've got a couple of fantastic little updates that we'd like to introduce you to, and we're going to just jump right into it:

NEW FULL GALLERY DOWNLOAD SIZE



In addition to the previously available "Web Size" and "Full Size" gallery download options, a new sizing option has been added! Your full gallery download options now include:

Full Size - Great for many uses, including printing large (or small) prints. These images are sent to your clients in their full, original size.

Small Print Size - Perfect for printing up to 5x7 prints. These images are resized to 1800px on their longest side before being sent to your clients.

Web Size - Perfect for viewing on mobile devices and sharing on social media. These images are resized to 1280px on their longest side before being sent to your clients.

To add the new size as a purchase option on your storefront, head to the Selling » Purchase Options page and update (or create) your Gallery Download purchase options.

The "Small Print Size" option is also now available through the gallery download permissions, the category download product options, and the client favorites download area as well.

QUICKLY CREATE MOBILE APPS


Mobile apps are great for providing sneak peeks to your clients, and creating a mobile app is now even easier than ever! Simply select up to 50 images from an existing gallery, and then choose the "Add to Mobile App" option from the actions menu.

ON-THE-FLY EMAIL CUSTOMIZATIONS

Gallery invitation emails can now be customized and personalized on-the-fly as you're preparing to send the invite to your clients. It works like this:

Select the template to use for your invitation email.

Click the "View and edit the email content" checkbox.

Customize the email body as needed.

Send the email.

And that's it! The customizations that you make will only affect the invitation emails that you're currently sending, and your saved email templates will not be affected in any way.

GALLERY DOWNLOAD COPYRIGHT RELEASE



Copyright release PDFs for your free full-gallery downloads can now be uploaded through your gallery type settings. After a copyright release has been uploaded, each free full-gallery download that's associated with the gallery type will include a copy of the copyright release document.

CUSTOMIZABLE RECEIPT MESSAGES



Each of your individual gallery types can now be given their own custom order receipt messages. These messages are displayed to your clients on their receipts after they place an order. The messages can be simple "thank you" notes, or they can contain any other information you'd like to provide in them.

Orders placed through galleries that don't have a customized receipt message will be shown the default receipt message, which can be set within the Selling » Selling Preferences page.

EMAIL COPIES

If you've ever wanted to receive a copy of the emails that are sent to your clients, you're in luck: A new setting has been added to your account that allows you to select which of your client emails you'd like to receive a copy of. You can select any or all of the following emails to receive a copy of:

Gallery Invitation Emails

Gallery Expiration Emails

Gallery & Category Download Emails

Favorite Download Emails

Bulk Emails

Sale Notification Emails

Gallery Reminder Emails

Cart Reminder Emails

Order Status Update Emails

Mobile App Announcement Emails

Invoice Reminder Emails

To start receiving copies of the emails sent to your clients, just head into the Marketing » Marketing Preferences page and make your selection.
